You don’t have to be a body builder to enjoy a protein smoothie. However, protein shake gives a great boost after a workout? So here’s one that I love and I think you should try.
Peppermint protein smoothie recipe
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- Stevia to taste
- Coconut flakes
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with coconut flakes if desired and drink immediately.
