A great peppermint protein smoothie

You don’t have to be a body builder to enjoy a protein smoothie. However, protein shake gives a great boost after a workout? So here’s one that I love and I think you should try.

Peppermint protein smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • Stevia to taste
  • Coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, garnish with coconut flakes if desired and drink immediately.
