Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please let our customer service team know and we will gladly exchange or refund it (based on your preference). Exchange or Return is possible only within three (3) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please check the list below.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Sending Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Return periods will be considered for items coming from out of Lusaka as long as information is documented.

If you are returning an item, please ensure that the delivery service you use follows through. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

What are the checks done for an item that I am returning?

For a product to be returned, it is checked for the following conditions:

Correct ProductIMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be intact and clearly visible.
Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged ProductThe product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingThe product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

We have the right to refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
