Delivery Policy

How will I get my order?

Customer Collection: You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in kabwata, 24 hours after placing the order. Please communicate with our team in advance to ensure they are ready for you.

Delivery days: Deliveries take place on weekdays. The next day after payment is received.

eg Orders placed on Monday are delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday.

Delivery Fee: 

– All orders over ZMW1500 = free delivery within 10kms radius

– All orders under ZMW1500 = Delivery charges vary based on location

– All orders outside Lusaka will be invoiced according to the available transporter. 

How can I track my order? 

Upon payment, you will receive confirmation of your order via email or text depending on the information you provided. For any clarification, a Smatfin Agent will give you a call.
